1) How in the hell, did Mikhi get a stall warning. He was pushing, shooting, reshooting the whole first period. I think the officials are swayed by the Iowa fans and coaching staff way too much.
2) Mikhi tried to lock up the same cradle on Marinelli early in the 2nd period. Marinelli was able to slip the head before he locked it up.
3)Mikhi did a great job of maintaining hip control. this is basically making sure you don't allow your hips to become lower than your opponent in a scramble. Its the opposite of football....the lower pads usual wins, in wrestling higher hips is usual the winner.
